Bidvee is a platform which provides customers with experiences and retail goods at a price they’re happy to pay. Turning a traditional auction model upside-down, users can bid on an experience/deal as the price drops, ultimately paying a price they’re happy with and ensuring the business a better deal than competitors such as Groupon or Wowcher.
I was brought on-board to lead the product creation process. I opened for a lean approach, focusing on raping wire framing, prototyping and iterating based on user feedback. Working closely with the stakeholders, we defined expectations and goals and outlined a shared vision for the product. I was then able to proceed to the discovery phase, developing an experience strategy through use of personas in order to better understand the user journey and pain points. I was then able to map out an architectural plan of the app, proceeding to wireframes, and lastly crafting an identity for Bidvee and giving it a unique user interface.
